Surveillance video captures T-Mobile store robbery in Pompano Beach

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. - Surveillance video captured an armed robber dragging a bag full of cellphones and other stolen goods out of a T-Mobile store in Pompano Beach because it was too heavy for him to carry.

The robbery happened at 295 S. Pompano Parkway on Nov. 3.

According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, two robbers walked into the store. One then pulled out a handgun and demanded cash.

The robbers forced the employees into a back room to open the store's safe. They then put the money, cellphones, one employee's purse, and another employee's debit card and cellphone into a clear garage bag.

Video showed one of the robbers dragging the bag out of the back room and through the store as they left.
