MIAMI – A stolen t-cup Yorkie was reunited with his owner Monday night after it was snatched outside a Miami restaurant.
Surveillance cameras were rolling as a man stole Monster on March 13th.
The dog snatching happened at 1201 SW 22nd Street about 4:15 p.m.
Police had been looking for tips leading to the man in the video.
On Tuesday, police arrested 49-year-old Wilfredo Torres and charged him with grand theft and dealing in stolen property.
