According to police, the two followed a pair of teenage girls home from a Key Largo park on Monday. The girls tried running away to the Port Largo Villa condominium complex, but a man wearing an "old man" mask followed one of the girls up the stairs. She threatened the man with her dog and he left. As he walked away, the man took the mask off and she could see his face.

She told police she could see another man standing downstairs, looking up and laughing.

The girl identified Magoon and Holmes from a photo line-up, police said. On Thursday, they were arrested. The mask was recovered from a vehicle belonging to Holmes, but being driven by Magoon.
