Couple accused of having sex on beach near Mar-a-Lago Club

Coast Guard spots couple having sex while on patrol during Trump's visit

PALM BEACH, Fla. – A man and a woman were arrested Friday after they were caught having sex on a beach near the "Winter White House" in the town of Palm Beach, police said.

Daniel Dolan, 19, of Pennsylvania, and Chloe Exiner, 20, of Illinois, face charges of indecent exposure.

According to a Palm Beach police report, the U.S. Coast Guard was patrolling the area while President Donald Trump was in town when a Coast Guard crew spotted the couple having sex on Bingham Island.

The arresting officer wrote in the report that Dolan was sitting on the north side of the beach behind a tree while Exiner was sitting on his lap, "bouncing up and down in a lewd and sexual manner."

When the officer approached, Exiner climbed off Dolan's lap and reached for her pants that were on the ground, while Dolan pulled up his pants that were around his knees, the report said.

"Exiner and Dolan were both surprised by my presence and were visibly nervous," the officer wrote.

Police said the couple admitted to having sex on the beach, telling the officer that they aren't allowed to have sex at their treatment facilities.

Dolan and Exiner were placed under arrest and issued written notices to appear in court.

Police said surveillance video of Bingham Island showed the couple having sex. Bingham Island is close to Trump's Mar-a-Lago Club, where the president was spending the Easter weekend.
