DANIA BEACH, Fla. – A South Florida man was arrested Tuesday after he punched another man who was playing loud music by the swimming pool of an apartment complex, according to a Broward Sheriff's Office report.
Alan Clark, 51, was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery causing great bodily harm.

BSO deputies said Clark punched the man in the face last month during an argument at their Dania Beach apartment complex.
According to the report, the man was sitting by the pool and listening to loud music when Clark asked him several times to turn it down. An argument ensued and Clark attacked the man, deputies said.
The man needed six stitches to mend his nose.
Three neighbors witnessed the incident and, along with the victim, identified Clark as the aggressor.
Clark was being held at the main Broward County jail on a $2,500 bond.
