According to an FHP representative, Stern got into an argument with some examiners at the DMV at 100 S. Military Trail and they asked the trooper to remove her from the building.

Authorities said Stern started fighting the trooper as he attempted to have her leave the building.

According to the arrest report obtained Saturday by Local 10 News, Stern kept kicking and cursing at the trooper throughout the ordeal.

Stern was released from jail on a $100 bond. She did not answer the door at her home Saturday.
