KEY WEST, Fla. - Divers in Key West celebrated World Oceans Day Sunday by displaying underwater ocean conservation messages in front of a live-streaming video camera that was positioned on the sea floor.

The Ocean in Motion celebration is designed to share actions people can take to help conserve ocean resources.

The divers were encouraged to wear costumes and be creative while making their personal pledges 20 feet underwater, 8.5 miles off Key West at Sand Key reef.
