MIAMI — Washington, D.C.-based Airlink, an aviation and logistics nonprofit organization, recently announced helping more than 25 charities to get aid to Venezuela after the earthquakes.

The International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading, a nonprofit aviation industry association, started Airlink months before the 2010 earthquake in Haiti.

On Friday night, Amazon announced that the company was making an undisclosed donation to Airlink to support the work in Venezuela and was also helping with "disaster relief hubs."
