PLANTATION, Fla. – A dog was rescued from a house fire Tuesday afternoon in Plantation, authorities said.

The fire was reported about 5 p.m. at a home at 1601 NW 108th Ave.

Plantation Fire Rescue officials said paramedics gave the dog oxygen.

It's unclear whether the dog was alone inside the house when the fire started.
