Lenny Kravitz's former mansion is back on market

Sunset Islands gem is listed with Coldwell Banker for $25M

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – Lenny Kravitz's former Miami Beach Mediterranean mansion on Biscayne Bay is on the market for $25 million, according to The Wall Street Journal

Coldwell Banker's The Jills -- Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber -- have the exclusive listing.

The four-bedroom Sunset Islands property is about 11,270 square feet. Hertzberg told the Wall Street Journal that some of the amenities include a gym, a movie theater, a guesthouse, a boat dock and a saltwater swimming pool.

Property records show Kravitz bought bought it in 2001 for $8.95 million and sold it to Stephen Muss in 2005 for $14.5 million. Muss redeveloped the Fontainebleau Hotel in the 70s.
