All EB lanes reopen after crane mechanical issue shut down portion of Dolphin Expressway

All eastbound lanes have reopened after a crane mechanical issue shut down a portion of the Dolphin Expressway Friday morning during rush hour, the Florida Department of Transportation confirmed.
