Philbin will return to the team on Wednesday to begin preparing for Detroit.

Philbin said, "We've got a great staff here.  I'm absolutely 100 percent confident in that things will go smoothly and it's probably better that I'm not around, you how that goes."

Owner Stephen Ross presented Philbin with a game ball on Sunday.

Philbin said, "It meant a lot that Steve would present the ball.  I told them a story about my dad after I got it.  It was special, a special moment, and I'm really thankful.  I told the team, we've always preached family's the most important thing and it starts at the top, and I told them it starts with the owner.  The owner believes in that and I believe in that.  When somebody on the team needs something or needs support for a family matter, that's the most important thing."
