MIAMI – Dolphins owner Stephen Ross is investing in an interesting new enterprise.
According to ESPN's Darren Rovell, Ross is putting $1M into the Drone Racing League.
The league will put drone specialists who are self-taught against those who flew unmanned planes for the military.
The CEO of the league says the sport will first be just for television and then spectators will be in the stands.
The Drone League is a spinoff of the e-sports world.
