Heat bounce back, top Blazers 116-109

Bosh scores 29 points

MIAMI – For a half, it looked as if the Heat were on their way to back-to-back home losses after winning back-to-back games on the road.

Chris Bosh had other ideas.

The Heat star scored 29 points and Hassan Whiteside added 22 points and 11 rebounds to lead Miami to a ferocious second-half comeback on its way to a 116-109 win over Portland on Sunday.

Bosh was nearly unstoppable in the second half and Gerald Green added 17 points off the bench.

The Heat improve to 16-10, while the Trail Blazers fall to 11-18.

Next up, the Heat welcome the Detroit Pistons to American Airlines Arena on Tuesday night.
