MIAMI – Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross wants to get into the playoffs sooner rather than later.
According to the Palm Beach Post, Ross told the Palm Beach Civic Association: "After three years, if we haven't made the playoffs, we're looking for a new coach. That's just the way it is. The fans want it."
After firing Joe Philbin and bypassing interim coach Dan Campbell, Ross hired Adam Gase.
Gase signed a five-year deal in January.
