Dwyane Wade slams home a dunk against the Raptors

MIAMI – Dwyane Wade helped the Heat even the series with the Toronto Raptors.

The Heat won 94-87.

Wade scored 30 points.

For the third time in the playoff series, the game went to overtime.

The Raptors extended their lead to 72-67 with seven minutes left in the fourth quarter before Wade came off the bench for the Heat.

Wade was able to cut the Raptors lead to 79-74 with a gorgeous Euro-step with four minutes left. Wade then went to the basket for a layup and foul to cut Toronto's lead to 2.

Wade tied the game at 83 with 12 seconds left on a strong take to the basket.

Both teams were sluggish in the first half.

The Heat led at halftime 44-35.

The Heat and Raptors were both playing shorthanded.

Miami was playing without center Hassan Whiteside, who has a sprained MCL in his knee.

The Raptors were without Jonas Valanciunas, who is out for the series with an ankle injury.
