TORONTO – The Miami Heat's season came to an end Sunday against the Toronto Raptors.

The Raptors' guards dominated, and the Heat had no answers in the paint as Toronto won 116-89.

Toronto took the series 4-3 and will face the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals starting Tuesday.

The Raptors started to heat up in the third quarter.

Kyle Lowry hit a layup to put Toronto up 62-53.

The Raptors led by as many as 17.

After three quarters, the Raptors led the Heat 86-78.

The Raptors went into the half up 53-47.

Joe Johnson got rolling in the second quarter. Johnson hit three straight floaters in the paint to give Miami a 37-36 lead.

Dwyane Wade got into early foul trouble. He sat midway through the first quarter with two fouls.
