Pembroke Park, Fla. – Josh Richardson has suffered a setback before his second NBA season.
The Heat guard has a sprained MCL and told reporters Saturday that he expects to miss 6-8 weeks.

Richardson's injury was first reported by Yahoo on Friday.
Richardson is expected to play a key role for the Heat at shooting guard with the departure of Dwyane Wade.
Miami opens camp at the end of the month.
The Heat don't start the season until Oct. 26.
