DAVIE, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins secondary has taken another hit as rookie cornerback Xavien Howard is out with a knee injury and won't play Sunday vs. Tennessee.
Dolphins head coach Adam Gase said Friday that Howard had his meniscus repaired and his status will be a week-to-week decision

The knee is the same one Howard injured in July.
Byron Maxwell will start in Howard's place.
Also ruled out Friday were linebacker Koa Misi (neck) and tight end Jordan Cameron (concussion). Running back Arian Foster (hamstring) is doubtful.
