MIAMI – The Miami Marlins injury problems continue.
On Wednesday, the team placed starting shortstop Adeiny Hechavarria on the 10-day disabled list.
Hechavarria has a left oblique strain.
In his place, the Marlins called up infielder Stephen Lombardozzi from New Orleans.
The Marlins have dropped the first two games of their series against St. Louis.
