The winner will be revealed Monday, June 26th by rapper Drake during the first-ever NBA Awards show.

Spoelstra made history this past season by leading the biggest turnaround in NBA history as he righted the ship after an 11-30 start and sparked a 30-11 finish to finish the regular-season (41-41), just one victory shy of a post-season berth

Earlier this month Spoelstra and D'Antoni shared the NBCA Coach of the Year Award as voted by the league's 30 coaches.

Heat center Hassan Whiteside was not named as one of the three finalists for the Defensive Player of the Year award as Warriors PF Draymond Green, Spurs star Kawhi Leonard and Utah's Rudy Gobert  got the nod.
