MIAMI – The Miami Dolphins timetable to sign Jarvis Landry to a long-term deal is shrinking.
The Miami Herald's Barry Jackson reports that Landry's agent said they will not negotiate with the Dolphins once the season starts.
The wide receiver has one year left on his contract.
Landry has expressed an interest in staying in Miami.
Landry said publicly that the Dolphins want to keep him and take care of their own.
Still, Landry will not talk about a deal once the season starts Sept. 10.
