MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins committed 17 penalties and five turnovers in a mistake-filled performance Sunday, losing to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 30-20.

Miami quarterback Jay Cutler threw three first-half interceptions and left the game at halftime to go into the concussion protocol.

Matt Moore took over in the second half and played better.

With 3 minutes to go, Moore threw a 61-yard touchdown to Kenny Stills to tie the game.

The Dolphins (4-6) gave up a field goal to the Bucs on the ensuing drive.
