Hurricanes remain No. 2 in AP poll

Miami improves to 10-0 after win against Virginia

MIAMI – The Miami Hurricanes remained No. 2 in The Associated Press poll released Sunday.

Miami, which received three first-place votes, is second behind No. 1 Alabama.

The Hurricanes moved to 10-0 on Saturday by scoring the last 30 points of their 44-28 win over Virginia.

Miami is currently ranked No.3 in the College Football Playoff poll. The new rankings will be released Tuesday.

The Hurricanes travel to Pittsburgh on Friday for their regular-season finale. After that, the 'Canes will play Clemson in the ACC Championship game.
