CORAL GABLES, Fla. – University of Miami head basketball coach Jim Larranaga has been subpoenaed for the FBI's investigation into college basketball.
That's according to a report by the Los Angeles Times.

The subpoena is for texts and emails.
This is in connection with the federal crackdown on recruiting violations that led to several arrests.
The University's President confirmed that there was an investigation looking into the a potential tie between a member of the coaching staff and a recruit.
Larranaga has denied any wrongdoing through his attorney.
