Miami makes huge move up

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The Miami Hurricanes have shot up the polls again. 

Miami is ranked No. 2 in The Associated Press poll released Sunday. Miami was previously ranked No. 7.

The 'Canes crushed Notre Dame 41-8 on Saturday night.

The Hurricanes (9-0) have already clinched the ACC Coastal Division and a place in the ACC Championship game Dec. 2.

Miami hosts Virginia next Saturday at noon.

Miami was also No. 2 in the coaches poll released Sunday.

The College Football Playoff poll comes out on Tuesday night.
