Local10.com 2017 college football picks: Week 12

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Local 10 sports director Will Manso remains in first place as the 2017 college football season begins to draw to a close.

Will was 11-2 last weekend. The only picks he missed -- Auburn's stunning upset against Georgia and Old Dominion upsetting FIU at home -- were those collectively missed by the group.

Local 10 sports reporter Clay Ferraro and meteorologist Julie Durda were 10-3 last weekend, but it was enough to widen the gap. Clay now trails Will by three games, but there won't be any separation this week. They both have identical picks.

Julie is in third place, six games back from Clay, while weekend evening anchor Shyann Malone remains in a distant last place with a 70-37 overall record. She was 9-4 last weekend.

Both women are picking FIU to upset the surging FAU Owls in Saturday night's "Shula Bowl" at FAU Stadium in Boca Raton. The Owls are undefeated in Conference USA play and have won six consecutive games.

Shyann continues her pattern of picking upsets, also going against undefeated Wisconsin and UCF.
