FIU cancels Saturday's game at Indiana

Hoosiers to host Panthers at some point in future

MIAMI – Florida International has canceled this weekend's scheduled football game at Indiana because of Hurricane Irma.

The schools made the announcement Monday night.

FIU has canceled all of its planned games through Sunday, including men's and women's soccer, golf and volleyball.

Indiana is trying to find an opponent to play at home on its Oct. 7 bye date.

The Hoosiers will host the Panthers at some point in the future.
