MIAMI - For the fourth straight year, the Miami Heat are heading to the Eastern Conference Finals.

The Heat took the Brooklyn Nets best shot and won Game 5 in Miami.

The Nets had a monster performance from Joe Johnson.

Johnson finished with 34 poitns.

Miami was down in the final minutes when Ray Allen hit a clutch 3-pointer to give the Heat the lead for good.

Miami will face the winner of the Pacers-Wizards series.

Dwyane Wade had his most explosive offensive performance of the series.

He finished with 28 points.

LeBron James finished with 29 points.
