MIAMI - The Miami Heat added some size to the roster before training camp.

On Monday, the team announced the signing of Josh Harrellson.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Harrellson appeared in 37 games for the New York Knicks last season.

He averaged 4.4 points and 3.9 rebounds per game.

Harrellson was drafted in the second round by the New Orleans Hornets in 2001.

He played three years at the University of Kentucky after transferring from Southwestern Illinois Junior College,.

The Heat roster now stands at 18.
