Miami Heat release 2026-27 regular season schedule

MIAMI — The Miami Heat schedule for the 2026-27 season is officially out.

Miami is poised for a fun and exciting season following the acquisition of Giannis Antetokounmpo, who joins a group led by Bam Adebayo, Andrew Wiggins, Davion Mitchell and head coach Erik Spoelstra.

Opening Night is set for Wednesday, Oct. 21 when Miami hosts the Minnesota Timberwolves at Kaseya Center.

The majority of Miami’s games this season, at least 68, will be airing on Local 10 News in South Florida.

Matchups to circle on the calendar are a meeting with the Detroit Pistons on Friday, Oct. 23, the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday, Nov. 2, the Golden State Warriors on Thursday, Nov. 5, the New York Knicks on Thursday, Jan. 14 and the Boston Celtics on Saturday, March 27, all games that can be seen on Local 10.

Other marquee matchups include Miami visiting LeBron James and the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday, Nov. 25 and the NBA Champion New York Knicks two days later on Friday, Nov. 27.

Miami will also play on Christmas Day, visiting the Boston Celtics for a 2:30 p.m. afternoon tipoff.

Superstar center Victor Wembenyama and the San Antonio Spurs will visit Miami on President’s Day, which is Monday, Feb. 15.
