PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins will be thin at running back this weekend.
Dolphins running back Damien Williams is expected to miss Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos after injuring his shoulder in the fourth quarter of Miami's 35-17 loss to the New England Patriots, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Monday.

Schefter said Williams could "possibly" miss more time as a result of the injury.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport said Williams has a dislocated shoulder.
Head coach Adam Gase was noncommittal about Williams' injury during his Monday news conference with reporters.
"I don't want to get into all of the details," Gase said. "I just know he was in a lot of pain during the game."

Running back Senorise Perry was also injured at New England, leaving Kenyan Drake to carry the load.
It's been running back-by-committee for the Dolphins since the team traded Jay Ajayi to the Philadelphia Eagles earlier this season.
Williams had eight carries for 38 yards and three catches for 14 yards before his injury.
"Obviously, we're a little short-handed right now, so we'll figure out what the best moves are for us going forward," Gase said.
