Kenyan Drake leaves practice early

Running back being looked at for possible head injury

DAVIE, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins have more concerns at running back.  

Kenyan Drake left practice on Monday.

According to the Miami Herald, Drake received a helmet-to-helmet hit during practice.

The Dolphins are already thin at running back with starter Jay Ajayi in the concussion protocol.

Head coach Adam Gase did not give an update to Drake's potential injury following practice.

Miami won its preseason opener over Atlanta 23-20.

The Dolphins host the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday night.
