Tannehill ran through some mobility drills and worked with running backs and receivers at about half-speed.

He was also forced to move around a bit to avoid pass rushers in later drills and came out of everything just fine.

Tannehill said he will be wearing the brace the entire season, "The brace doesn't really do anything for stability, it's more just protection.  Getting used to it, getting comfortable, I am going to be wearing it during the season so just wearing it now so that I'm comfortable throughout the year."

Tannehill said he was concerned with mobility when he first started wearing the brace in January.  He had worn one previously in college.  However, Tannehill said the brace technology is better and holds his knee in place.

Tannehill didn't want to look back to missing out on last season's playoff game, "I'm healthy now."

Tannehill said the knee started feeling comfortable at the end of January.

He said he now trusts his knee.

Tannehill said "we made big strides last year and everyone got a taste of that success... that taste makes everyone around this building more hungry."

The quarterback described being back at the facility as "normal."

Tannehill described the injury as a "freak thing."
