WR Wilson leaves Dolphins game with leg injury

Last week's star against Bears won't return for second half

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Dolphins sustained a concerning injury Sunday during their game against the Detroit Lions.

Wide receiver Albert Wilson left the game with a leg injury.

The team announced before the start of the second half that Wilson would not return.

Wilson was the difference for the Dolphins against the Chicago Bears last week, scoring two long touchdowns.

The extent of his injury is not yet known.
