Team USA Ryder Cup uni's made in China

Ralph Lauren gaffe follows Olympics controversy

Ralph Lauren has followed its Olympics-sized uniform gaffe in London by once again failing Team USA at the Ryder Cup.

As the bi-annual USA vs. Europe golf showdown prepares to tee off tomorrow outside Chicago, some are focused on the fact that the Sunday uniform Ralph Lauren provided Team USA was made in China.

The controversy is similar to the one the company weathered during the London Olympics when it was discovered that the uniforms U.S. athletes wore during the Opening Ceremonies were also manufactured in China.

At that time, Ralph Lauren promised that all future Team USA uniforms would indeed be made in the United States.
