PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — With two months to go before the primary elections, party voters will decide who will run under their ticket for Florida governor.

On the Republican side, U.S. Rep. Byron Donalds, who represents the Fort Myers and Naples areas, has been the front-runner from the get-go, getting the endorsement of President Donald Trump.

As he campaigned in South Florida, “This Week in South Florida” host Glenna Milberg caught up with Donalds to talk about the race, the issues and Trump’s effect on the campaign.
