'Dueling dinosaurs' fossils donated to North Carolina museum
RALEIGH, N.C. – The fossil skeletons of two dinosaurs intertwined in what looks like a final death match have been donated to a North Carolina museum. The nonprofit organization Friends of the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences said in a statement Tuesday that it acquired the fossilized animals with private funds. The Tyrannosaurus rex and Triceratops horridus known as the dueling dinosaurs were buried together 67 million years ago. The nonprofit said the distinct preservation will give museum paleontologists an unprecedented opportunity for research and education. In June, a U.S. appeals court ruled the fossils belong to the owners of the land’s surface rights, not the owners of the mineral rights.

Pottery Barn releases its 'Friends'-inspired collection
In honor of the 25th anniversary of the television series "Friends," Pottery Barn has released its collection of limited-edition pieces inspired by the show. "Friends" fanatics can pretend they're living it up in New York City with furniture and other home dcor, starting Tuesday. The image shows a Central Perk-esque background with two mugs, one with the line "You're my lobster" and the other with a picture of a lobster. It's a reference to Phoebe's belief that lobsters mate for life, so if someone is your lobster, you're meant to be with them forever. WarnerMedia banks on HBO's brand name for new streaming service
By bringing it in-house, WarnerMedia is banking that "Friends" fans will migrate for a new streaming service. The streaming service will also include brand-new shows, called "Max Originals," and movies. The forthcoming streaming service has been a top priority ever since AT&T took control of WarnerMedia, then known as Time Warner, last summer. Reilly has been green-lighting new shows for the forthcoming streaming service for several months. Netflix tweeted on Tuesday, "We're sorry to see Friends go to Warner's streaming service at the beginning of 2020 (in The US).
