James Bond through the years
Pierce Brosnan stepped into the role from 1994 - 2004. He starred in four films, "GoldenEye" (1995), "Tomorrow Never Dies" (1997), "The World Is Not Enough" (1999) and "Die Another Day" (2002). Brosnan had earlier been considered for the role, but producers chose Dalton. He was offered a three-film deal with the option for a fourth. He was in negotiations for a fifth film to be released in 2004 but negotiations stalled and he left the role.
