Florida State hands No. 17 Tennessee first loss

Good thing, because the Pittsburgh and Florida State coaches saw plenty of it in their season opener on Wednesday night. RaiQuan Gray, Malik Osborne and Balsa Koprivica all fouled out for Florida State. Florida State is rebooting after winning a program-record 29 games a year ago. Still, Florida State went up 40-31 on a layup by Osborne with 13:37 to play. Florida State shot 40 percent (21 of 53) from the floor but just 6 of 20 3-pointers.
