MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A crash involving a tractor-trailer shut down a portion of Interstate 95 Monday in Miami-Dade County.
The crash was reported shortly after 1 p.m. in the northbound lanes of I-95 at Northwest 135th Street.
