Get ready for record heat to take over this Tuesday. Winds will turn out of the south southwest ahead of our next front. That flow in our wind direction will aide a significant warmup across our region.

After morning temperatures drop into the lower 70s, expect a high in Miami of 86 degrees. That could tie the record set back in 2023. While this will be a fairly weak front, a few isolated showers cannot be ruled out ahead of it Tuesday.

Behind it all, is a drier air mass that will endorse lower humidity. Highs will reach the lower 80s Wednesday.
