July 15: Still very hot — maybe a spotty thunderstorm Thursday

A stray shower or random storm cannot be ruled out for South Florida Wednesday evening. Otherwise, Miami-Dade and Broward counties can expect scattered clouds and light winds as the night unfolds with temperatures dropping to near 80°F.

Thursday will feature sunshine and a touch of haze. A spotty storm or two could pop with daytime heating. Temperatures are forecast to reach the mid 90s -- humidity will make it feel like 100°+.
