Sep. 3: More of the same: soaking storms

A shower or rogue thunderstorm is not out of the question for South Florida Thursday night. Otherwise, some clouds will linger over Broward and Miami-Dade counties as temperatures slip to 80°F overnight.

More soaking storms will be possible Friday. In fact, the soggy weather could get an early start — perhaps as soon as the morning commute, around 7 or 8 a.m. Temperatures are forecast to peak around 90°F.
