MIAMI — The Miami Hurricanes may be traveling over 3,000 miles from home for Friday night’s season opener against Stanford, but at least they’ll get away from the South Florida heat, humidity and storms.
It’ll be a perfect night for football at Stanford Stadium, just outside of San Francisco, with temperatures falling from the lower 60s into the upper 50s, with light winds and mainly clear skies.
