MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A 23-year-old man was arrested Monday on a charge of lewd and lascivious sexual battery, Miami-Dade police confirmed.
According to the suspect’s arrest report, Yerss Duran, of Miami, and the 14-year-old victim met on an online application, and agreed to meet up Monday.

Miami-Dade police said Duran picked up the victim in his Toyota Corolla and drove the victim to a nearby secluded area where they engaged in “consensual” sexual activity.
According to the report, Duran provided police with a confession, however his exact statement was redacted from the publicly released report.
As of Tuesday afternoon, Duran remained at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center where his bond had yet to be set.
