LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – One high school is teaching kids more than just reading, writing and arithmetic.
It's also teaching the students how to survive without their parents.

A sign posted in the door of the Catholic High School for Boys in Little Rock, Ark. tells parents in no uncertain terms that they to turn around instead of help to fix their child's mistakes.
The sign, which was posted on the school's Facebook site, reads, "If you are dropping off your son's forgotten lunch, books, homework, etc., please turn around and exit the building."
It concludes by saying, "Your son will learn to problem-solve in your absence."
KARK-TV in Little Rock learned the school policy has been in place for a few years.
"We put a sign up on the front door to not only alert new parents to the policy, but to remind people why we do it," Principal Steve Straessle told KARK-TV.
So far the post has been shared over 116,000 times with many supporting the school's position.
