BIEBER'S PARENTS

Rumors are flying that his mom gave Bieber prescription drugs and that his dad helped to block the road for Thursday morning's drag race, TMZ reported.

According to the report, Bieber's mom Pattie Mallette, 37, gave her 19-year-old son anti-anxiety medication -- like the Xanax found in his house in Los Angeles. He allegedly told police he had taken them, while drinking and smoking marijuana.

Mallette wrote in her autobiography that Bieber's grandfather was allegedly an abusive alcoholic.

Jeremy Bieber, 38, will not be getting the father of the year award either, as he was reportedly in one of the Cadillac Escalades that blocked the road for Justin Bieber to play.
