MIAMI – Police are investigating a shooting in Northwest Miami-Dade that left one man dead Sunday night.
The shooting happened at an apartment complex on Northwest 156h Street and 2nd Avenue.
Police say they responded to calls of shots fired around 11:30 p.m. When they arrived they found the shooting victim had died.
The victim has yet to be identified.
Meanwhile, investigators are trying to see if there are surveillance video cameras in the area. They hope video from those cameras may help piece together the events that led up to the shooting.
