2 charged in body shop shooting

HIALEAH, Fla. - Hialeah police arrested two men in connection with a shooting at a body shop on Sunday.

Orlando Hernandez, 46, and Oscar Rua Torbizco, 73, are charged with attempted murder, armed kidnapping, and aggravated battery wtih a firearm.

According to police, the pair arrived at 2665 W. 76th Street and confronted the owner of the body shop and the man's father-in-law.

Hernandez shot at the owner but missed, police say. He and Torbizco then left the shop but were later arrested.

Investigators believe the two were attempting to settle a dispute with a former owner of the body shop.
